We all know that Simbu’s Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan has some portions shot  shot in 80’s. We have previously reported you that the First Schedule of  Vijay 61 directed by  Atlee, had many combination scenes of Vijay and Nithya Menen, a song and a fight scene too has portions shot in 80 setup in a Thiruvizha set erected by art director Muthuraj.

Looks like Nithya Menon’s character mostly deals with this 80’s scence, ever since  it is said that 80% of Nithya Menen’s portions in the film has been completed by the First Schedule. The first schedule of Vijay 61, which started during the start of this month, was wrapped up on the 21st of February. The team Vijay 61 is said to be very happy with the performance of the 24 actress Nithya Menon.

Likewise the Suriya starrer ‘Thaana Serndha Kootam’ directed by Vignesh Sivan is completely set in the 1980s.

So we can witness how differently each of these new age directors have handled the endearing 80s. Atlee directorial Vijay 61 is being planned for an October month release. The second schedule of Vijay 61 will start on March 10 (the second week of March) Which will be again in Chennai. SJ Suryah who is said to be playing an important role in the film, is expected to join the shoot from the 1st of March when the second schedule will begin.

After finishing the second schedule in Chennai, the team Vijay 61 is touted to leave for France and the United States for next schedule.
