Previously we have reported you that tentatively tiltled Thalapathy 61/ Vijay 61 movie was going to be titled as Moondru Mugam, but later this News was changed with the makers of Vijay 61 trying to acquire the title rights of Superstar Rajinikanth-Mani Ratnam cult classic film Thalapathi.

But now it has been said that Mani Ratnam and his assistant Bejoy Nambiar are planning to remake Thalapathi starring Superstar Rajinikanth and Mammootty in Hindi. So when team Thalapathy 61 approached GV Films to get the rights to reuse the ‘Thalapathi’ title the production house GV Films refused to give Rajinikanth’s Thalapathy Title
